I knew John from his work at Dade, so when we needed a strong developer to fix some bugs on a short term contract, naturally I thought of him. Dade Behring Microscan	Client Server application development for a pharmacy communications layer.	John did an excellent job on our Pharmacy Communications project. When John came on board, we had a database layer written by a third party contractor that we wanted him to code to. It turned out that not much of that layer worked well, and when we couldn't get the other contractors to finish the job, John offered to port the code to Delphi for us.
