		<description>I know this is not much but in this article, i think there's just too many questions and not enough answers for a guideline. Ideas are great, ideas are useful. But what if one doesn't really have any idea regarding a specific question? Real estate business is serious money compared to other forms of selling. Can we at least have something to go forward to aside from the barrage of questions?</description>

My internet marketing is just one piece of the puzzle.  I have always tried to not be dependent on one type of marketing.  Even with that about half of my business does come from the internet.  

One of the smartest moves I made in my real estate career was an exchange I made years ago.  I sold a gentleman's house for free on my side and in return he helped me with SEO.  Since that time I do most on my own SEO but I learned so much from him and we still stay in contact.  He is now in the Philippines and it is hard to communicate with him as his nights are my days and vice versa.  I have only done organic SEO.  

There are so many social networks out there.  I have joined many but really only spend time with Active Rain.  We could spend 24 hours a day doing nothing but social networks (lol).  

I do a local Houston e-newsletter once a month.  It is set up for the local Houston area and I have had great luck with it.

You had some interesting questions there.  Food for thought.
