Some of you may remember that "Hair Club for Men" commercial, where the fellow with the nice hair said "I'm not just the Hair Club President -- I'm also a client."
In my case I'm lucky enough to still have my hair, but when I started my real estate business, I sure needed to have some clients! The funny thing was that even though I had a background in web site software development, it took a few months for me to realize just how powerful internet marketing could be. Once I realized that, I wrote Sacramento-Home.com.
Since 2003, this web site has kept me and a small group of agents busy, allowing me to open my own brokerage in 2006. This site has been very successful on the search engines and fairly well received by my clients, and in July of 2008, we broke through the three thousand unique visitors per day ceiling, serving 5,112 pages and getting 20,079 hits per day.
