Kattare Internet Services Review

I've been using Kattare Internet Services for many years to host multiple web sites, and I just wanted to take a moment to go on record about their terrific services. I chose Kattare originally because they hosted servlets and JSP and provided multiple domain hosting. At the time I was a software developer looking to showcase my skill with this technology to my various software clients. Their knowledge and experience with Tomcat is impressive, and they always had an answer to my questions about administrative settings.

Later on, when I got into the real estate field, I really began to host many different real estate related sites on Kattare. In this business, prospects and clients can be pretty unforgiving if there are problems with your web site, but on Kattare's servers, not only have I been most favorably impressed with their extremely high uptime, but I have received many specific compliments about my sites and their fast-loading pages. Sure, some of that comes from trying to pay attention to details on my part, but all of that would be for naught if Kattare didn't have the right combination of server muscle and pipeline. I've used PHP extensively on these sites. I also use a combination of PHP and MySQL to host Wordpress, and it's all working flawlessly. Kattare's support folks even recently told me about a security vulnerability in one of Wordpress' components, and we got it fixed right away, so even on platforms they don't advertise they take the time to research and share their expertise!

Naturally, once in a blue moon problems do occur -- it's not a perfect world. Turn-around when I report problems is outstanding. I once called support (on a Saturday, by the way), about a problem I was having with some image files on one of my sites. I got a call back within about five minutes, and the problem was fixed within ten. You can't get your pizza that fast! Naturally I'm sure they wouldn't want to guarantee a ten minute response time each and every time, but it certainly has been my experience that Kattare offers excellent turnaround time on support calls.
